The Services help travelers recreate travel photos by generating plain-English shot briefings based on photos they provide.

4. Photos and Image Processing

When you submit a photo to generate a shot briefing, that image is transferred to a temporary processing environment (Amazon S3) solely for the purpose of analysis. We extract location, lighting, composition, and other visual data from the image to generate your briefing. Once analysis is complete, the image is permanently deleted from our systems. We do not retain, store, sell, or use your submitted photos for any purpose beyond generating the briefing you requested.

What we do store in connection with your shot journal is limited to: the generated briefing text, the GPS coordinates or location identifier associated with the shot, and the source URL of the inspiration photo (if one was provided). No image file is retained on our servers after processing is complete.

5. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

- With your consent

- With service providers who assist us in operating our Services (including cloud infrastructure and database providers)

- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests

- To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users

Your waitlist and account data is stored in a secured database. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
